When you Rent, you plan your own adventure . We offer suggestions on routes with gps and can supply BLM maps. Travel supplies are available to rent or purchase: sunblock, coolers, tie-downs, two-way radios, spare tires and tools. . .even extra hand-held GPS units for your friends with their own OHVs to ensure that everyone can travel together . . . safely.

WHAT TIME DO I SHOW UP?
Find us @991 Hillside Dr, Mesquite, NV 89027 Show up at 7:30 AM to 8 AM OR 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM or as otherwise arranged.The check in/out can take 20 minutes and includes training. Pick up your rental equipment in the morning of your reservation at Adventure Time Rentals.
WHAT TIME DOES MY RENTAL NEED TO BE RETURNED? WHAT IF I AM LATE?
Rentals need to be returned before 5 PM (full day) or 12:00 PM or 5:00 pm (half day).
In order for us to have the machine ready and cleaned for the next customer, we need the machines returned on time. A $60 late fee will be charged per unit if the rental is brought back up to 1 hour late; a $125 late fee per unit if the rental is brought back up to 2 hours late and after 2 full hours late, The late fee will be a full day rental charge extra.

IS THERE A REFUND IF I RETURN THE RENTAL EARLY?
There are NO REFUNDS for early returns for any reason, including (but not limited to) weather or damaged UTV(s) during the Rental Period.
AGE REQUIREMENTS?
Drivers must be 18 years of age or older to drive, at least 25 years of age with minors on the ride. Passengers must be able to simultaneously grasp the handholds, firmly plant feet on the floor with back fully against the seat back rest (approximately 52 inches).
WHAT ABOUT GAS?
Tours: don't worry about it. You're our guest.
Rentals: Yes. If the Rental is returned without a full tank, there will be a charge of $5.00 per gallon to fill the tank and a $10.00 service fee for each Rental.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A BREAKDOWN?
Call us immediately so we can handle the situation appropriately. If you are out of cell phone service, use the satellite communication button and just wait! If it is an Emergency use the satellite emergency button for official authorities. Your safety is priority. However, you are responsible for a broken down retrieval cost if it is your fault for being ill prepared or careless.
DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE RENTAL BEFORE RETURNING IT?
All trash needs to be removed and the Rental returned in a clean state. If excessively muddy, a $50.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for each Rental.
AM I REQUIRED TO WEAR A HELMET?
On Guided Tours: No (if Helmet Refusal Agreement is signed). With Rentals: Yes.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY ?
Out side of 48 hours of your rental date there is a 100% refund.
Between 48 and 25 hours before your rental date, it becomes 50% of the price of the full reservation.
Within 24 hours of the reservation, it becomes the full price of the reservation.

IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes. There is a $2500 security deposit per machine. A hold will be placed on your card while the machine is out. If the machine is returned in satisfactory condition, the hold will be removed.
WHAT DO I PACK?
Helmet, goggles and gloves are provided. Riders should always wear long pants, long-sleeved shirts and closed-toe shoes. In the cooler months, dress in layers, possibly with your heaviest jacket. Backpacks can be helpful to stow loose items. Bring any drinks or snacks and your camera to capture the epic moments. Sunscreen is recommended. Some Water is included.
CAN I RENT MULTIPLE DAYS?
Yes. However, no overnight rentals, no trailering allowed.
IS IT GUARANTEED THAT MY EXPERIENCE WILL BE COMPLETED AS SCHEDULED?
Likely everything will be fine. However, When you travel out here, you travel on the land's terms.
